Despite a lack of clear information it was obvious the Bike covered their $50k + $25k guarantees in their $100 buy ins which followed the ME won by Prahlad.

The $50k returned with 112 players at 7pm this evening with ninety finishing in the money. TNT, with his lucky Buddha in place, made a st8 flush v an ace high flush to quickly double his $40k start of Day2 stack. Joint overnight leaders were Daniel Ramzi and Richard Wagner with 149k. Apart from Robert Durant, Sirious B and TNT it was a field of strangers in a field of dreamers.

I must question the logic of bringing 112 players back at 7pm to play all night. Half of these players last played on Thursday so why not return at Noon? Tom Bonello from Vegas lamented having to pay for a Saturday night room when he may only cash $200.

it appears the top three struck a deal . The unofficial sheet shows that 39850 more chipsÂ finished the event than started.

The final tournie of the series is Sunday afternoon. It is a $100 buy in only open to players who have played in one of the previous tournament at the Legends. The casino adds $25k to the pool. They had 479 entries.The final ten players struck a deal rather than play the late starting tournament out.

Vanna Tea and TNT on Thursday

My new friend Vanna Tea started the day with over 100k but just crept into the money in the $500 NLHE. TNT , who is an uglier older friend, made the final four which should make up for him being shunned by the Pan grannies. As soon as the final table was established it seemed compulsary for a player to push all in. TNT pushed and won twice before asking for a four way deal.
Daniel Amouyal started the FT with over $1m in chips but after calling Tony’s all ins he had surrendered the chip lead to Kenton Keilholtz who had just been sitting there patiently watching the madness.

Vanna took her $875 straight over to the 3pm PLHE tournament which had only 58 entries with 26 rebuys, 25 by Robert “Chipburner” Turner. Joking. After a 12 hour day Vanna won the tournament worth just over $9k.

.Todays tournament is half Omaha8 half stud8 which would be a great tournament for me to play but I expect a small quality field as the HORSE was. Everyone else will wait for the 6pm at the Commerce with the $50k guarantee.

Saturday should see a return of the crowds with a $300 with rebuys $200k guarantee NLHE.

BIOGRAPHY

Vanna Tea has been playing home games for the last three years, but it was not until the first part of this year that she began playing in casinos.Â She is off to a great start however coming in second to Paul Darden during the Winnin â€˜Oâ€™ the Green tournament this year.Â Vanna wants to improve at all disciplines of poker and really has no favorite game.Â She prefers tournaments over cash games.Â Her strategy at the final table was to wait for the others to knock each other out.Â She has experience in single table satellite games and she used much of that experience at this final table.Â When asked what she liked most about the Legends of Poker she said she loved the new Event Center at the Bicycle Casino.

Waiting for a bus, waiting for a Bike

I was told 7pm tournies return at 3pm for Day2 and 3pm tournies at Noon by a floorperson last week. I turn up at 3pm on the dot today for the LHE but was told play doesn’t start until 7pm. When I told him I was told 3pm the reply was “Who told you that?”.It doesn’t really matter they are all idiots who don’t care what they are doing or saying.

I did find out who won the $107k yesterday. How? I asked one of the players! The lucky man was Andy Lambo. A five way money chop was agreed upon with Andy taking a seat in the WPT tournament later in the month.

So I had four hours to kill. I visited a Mexican pastry shop in Bell. Very cheap and filling but I think very fattening also. I had some Chinese cake on Saturday. A few raisins and lots of nuts but easy on the sugar.

Then I saw Marcel Sabag playing a satellite. He went on a crazy rush, winning with undercards, overcards and probably without cards! Such was his rush I kissed the dealer for him. The little Chinese girl didn’t call security but she wasn’t lovestruck either!

My friend TNT was one of 29 remaining in the LHE. Only 18 places paid and TNT started in 22nd place. Brian Shin splinted out on the first hand so that was one step closer for the Whittier resident. Chip leader was Angelo Zapanta, who according to theHendonMob.com database has never cashed before. He is quite young though.

The winner was Roberto Flood for $16k with Dale Burner (or Tom Green) second. Angelo not even at the FT.

Is it me or does Dale Burner look like Tom Green?
