Are scarves back in fashion?

Maybe everyone had a sore throat but I noticed how all the Hollywood celebs on the red carpet for tonights “Ante Up for Africa” wore scarfes. I cannot even recall seeing them in the stores I shop. (Goodwill,Ross,Marshalls}.

only when extremely cold but here in SoCal during October? NO! It is some fashion statement nowadays but you wont see it on any big guys. Seems many wimpy guys wear them. I know as my wife’s 142 pound cousin wears them. Some are so girly.
