First the $100 Ladies then the Studs

Wednesday, March 11th, 2009

I know you expect a huge gallery from me after a Ladies Event. However, let me tell you “California Girls” wasn’t written about this group. Maybe the $500 Ladies next Sunday will be hotter x5. In fact, Jessica Potter from todays stud is all you need. Jessica won’t be winning today however. The stud event […]

Big Cap day at Santa Anita

Over 48k although many, like myself, would have gone through the turnstile multiple times for the free bag and future tickets.

Going Green.Switch to the Bike.

Saturday, March 7th, 2009

My commute hasn’t changed much with my coverage of the “Winnin on the Green” tournie at the Bike. Located just a couple of miles from the Commerce it would be an easy cycle from the one to the other. I wasn’t expecting to see shopping centers all around and could easily spend my dinner breaks […]

Will the last man ….

Monday, March 2nd, 2009

For once security seemed to outnumber poker players at the Commerce today. Even Matt Savage’s little joke in adding Matt Damon, Eric Bana, Ed Norton and Abraham Lincoln to the Day2 starters did not attract anyone on a beautiful Sunday in LA. Shanna Moakler, Jose Canseco, Anna Arias, Ricki Lake, William Hung , Andrea Savage […]

So the little chocolate shortbreads were delicious…sorry are delicious as they are in our cookie jar. I probably pissed Jose Canseco off by chatting away with Heidi Northcott about the WSOP. At least I didn’t ask him if he could get me Madonnas autograph. A great red carpet although 90% of us were given 10% […]
