I should have gone to the races. The Commerce was a zoo today. Soon after entering my ipod vanished. All the Vegas bums have hitched over so I need to be extra vigilante.
Todays final table played down to three in an hour then the needle stuck and three hours later we are at still at three. Overnight leader Matthew Lapossie was calling the all in’s and winning. When he started to lose the eliminations ceased.The three are Matthew Lapossie, A Castainedo and Masoud Pourhabib.
Today was also one of the rebuy tournaments. 623 entered and the rebuys kicked the top prize up to $140k. John Phan and Mimi Tran are the names but the Mizrachi brothers have returned to Vegas to enjoy Superbowl Sunday there.
Cyndy Violette, Chad Brown and ex Laker Jack Haley are in the cash games. Diane Nguyen, looking super fit and healthy is here. The lower limit area is full but plenty of empty tables in the High Limit area.
