Alec Torelli, one of the few poker players to have a life, used one up today when surviving a three car pile up on his way to the Commerce to play Day2 of the $10k Heads Up. Alec defeated Lee Markholt and Blake Cahill yesterday also lost his phone in the accident. He was on the verge of disqualification when he arrived to play today shaken but not stirred. His mother and father drove down but have not had chance to talk with Alec yet.
In search of the good food, I ventured downstairs and saw flashing lights outside. Through a crowd of paramedics and security I noticed Rodeen Talebi. No word on whether he is unwell or a victim of card room violence.
